While we understand your one or two impromptu requests for images during sessions, kindly refrain from diverting from the main theme for confirmed sessions as we would have discussed during our client consultations.
Any additional image moments which are not a part of the confirmed session theme would be included for client viewing but only available at an additional supplement cost based per image.
Before we start our session, we kindly request to sign the contract confirmation that would be sent on your email address once our booking is confirmed & payment is received.
Payments
We take 50% of the amount in advance as confirmation and to block our dates. Without this your booking is neither confirmed nor termed as guaranteed. We follow a strict first come first serve policy.
Balance amount needs to be paid prior to the 3 days of the session date. We really love to keep our deals very transparent and feel very discomforting to send reminders or follow up emails to our clients for pending payments.
Any extra hours of session commitments which is over and above what is specified in the package will be charged at an agreed upon rates.
Price Negotiation
Feel free to check with us for your customized package. We will provide you the best possible session price including discounts. Once finalized we do not negotiate on our package prices. We believe that there are no incredible discounts for hard work & art should be respected and be paid its due price.
Copyright and Usage
We retain copyright to all the images and will use some of the images and video on our website, for promoting our work in magazines, exhibitions and social media portals and would want to show case it. However, we will not be using it for any commercial purpose. We will not be selling these images or videos and will use the images or videos purely to demonstrate the work that we have done. In cases, where a client does not want the pictures or videos to be displayed anywhere, we will be charging a one time standing fee towards the loss of future business opportunities. Do let us know about it during the client consultations and we will advise the applicable fees in your final agreed package prices.
